This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes the types of information Wildlife Dominion Management, LLC (“Wildlife Dominion”) may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit boarbuster.wwmanufacturing.com (the “BoarBuster® Portal”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
This Policy applies to information we collect:
On the BoarBuster® Portal;
From e-mail, text, and other electronic messages between you and Wildlife Dominion related to the BoarBuster® Portal or its services; and
By phone, or from postal mail, or other communications between you and Wildlife Dominion related to the BoarBuster® Portal or its services.
This Policy does not apply to information collected by:
Wildlife Dominion through any other means, including on any other website that may be operated by Wildlife Dominion or any third party, including any Wildlife Dominion affiliates or subsidiaries; or
Any third party, including Wildlife Dominion affiliates or subsidiaries, and including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or on the BoarBuster® Portal.
Please read this Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. By accessing or using the BoarBuster® Portal, you agree to this Policy. This Policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of the BoarBuster® Portal after changes are made is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the Policy periodically for updates.
Information We Collect and How it is Collected
Wildlife Dominion collects various types of information from and about the users of the BoarBuster® Portal, the extent of collection being determined by how the BoarBuster® Portal is used. If you access the BoarBuster® Portal without registering, you are considered a Visitor. If you choose to create an account with Wildlife Dominion by registering, you are considered a Registered User. The information may be collected directly from you or automatically as you navigate the BoarBuster® Portal.
Information You Provide Directly to Wildlife Dominion.
Wildlife Dominion may store any information provided by Visitors or Registered Users in the course of registering with Wildlife Dominion, making a purchase, communicating through the BoarBuster® Portal, or discussing services available through the BoarBuster® Portal (whether by instant message, e-mail, phone, postal mail, or otherwise). Your providing any such information constitutes your representation and warranty that you have the right and authority to provide the information about yourself or others.
The information Wildlife Dominion collects directly from you may include:
Information you provide by filling in forms on the BoarBuster® Portal. This includes, but is not limited to, information provided at the time of registration or placing an order. This information may include, but is not limited to, your full name, home address, mailing address, e-mail address, phone number, and date of birth;
Any information that may be found in the videos broadcasted or recorded on the BoarBuster® Portal;
Records and copies of correspondence if you contact Wildlife Dominion;
Responses to any surveys Wildlife Dominion asks you to complete for research purposes;
Details of transactions you carry out through the BoarBuster® Portal;
Other transaction-related information such as your billing address and payment method details; and
Search queries on the BoarBuster® Portal.
All data and information gathered by or through the use of the BoarBuster® Portal, and all videos obtained or streamed through the BoarBuster® System and broadcast on the BoarBuster® Portal, are owned by Wildlife Dominion and W-W Manufacturing Co., Inc. (“W-W’). As such, those entities may use any data, images, or other information gathered through use of the BoarBuster® Portal and/or Camera Systems for any and all purposes not prohibited by law.
Automatic Data Collection
Whether you are a Visitor or a Registered User, as you navigate through and interact with the BoarBuster® Portal, Wildlife Dominion may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including, but not limited to:
Details of your visits to the BoarBuster® Portal, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the BoarBuster® Portal; and
Information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type.
Wildlife Dominion may also use automatic data collection technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or other online services (behavioral tracking).
The information collected through automatic data collection technologies is statistical data and does not include personal information, but Wildlife Dominion may maintain it or associate it with personal information Wildlife Dominion collects in other ways. The automatic data collected helps Wildlife Dominion improve the BoarBuster® Portal and deliver a better and more personalized service.
The technologies used for the automatic data collection may include:
Cookies (or browser cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of the BoarBuster® Portal. Unless you have adjusted your browser settings so that it will refuse cookies, our system may issue cookies when you direct your browser to the BoarBuster® Portal.
Flash Cookies. Certain features of the BoarBuster® Portal may use local stored objects (or flash cookies) to collect and store information about your preferences and navigation to, from, and on the BoarBuster® Portal. Flash cookies are not managed by the same browser settings as are used for browser cookies.
Web Beacons. Pages of the BoarBuster® Portal and Wildlife Dominion e-mails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit Wildlife Dominion, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related BoarBuster® Portal statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain BoarBuster® Portal content and verifying system and server integrity).
How We Use Your Information
Wildlife Dominion may use information it collects about you or that you provide, including any personal information:
To present the BoarBuster® Portal and its contents to you;
To provide you with information, products, or services that you request from Wildlife Dominion, and with information about products and services that may be of interest to you;
To provide you with notices about your account;
To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into;
To notify you about changes to the BoarBuster® Portal or about products or services offered or provided through the BoarBuster® Portal;
For scientific or data analysis or for marketing purposes;
In any other way we may describe when asking you to provide the information;
To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide the information; and
For any other purpose with your consent.
Disclosure of Your Information
Wildlife Dominion may disclose aggregated information about its users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.
Wildlife Dominion may further disclose personal information collected:
To Wildlife Dominion subsidiaries and affiliates;
To W-W, and to other contractors, service providers, vendors, and other third parties used to support Wildlife Dominion’s business;
To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divesture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Wildlife Dominion’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by Wildlife Dominion about the BoarBuster® Portal users is among the assets transferred;
To fulfill the purpose for which you provide the information;
For any other purpose disclosed by Wildlife Dominion when you provide the information;
To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request;
To enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes;
If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Wildlife Dominion and/or W-W, their customers, or others. This includes the exchange of information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
Data Security
Wildlife Dominion has taken measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
You are also responsible for the safety and security of your information. You are responsible for keeping confidential any password you have for access to certain parts of the BoarBuster® Portal. Please do not share your password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although Wildlife Dominion does its best to protect your personal information, it is not possible to guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to the BoarBuster® Portal. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. Wildlife Dominion is not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the BoarBuster® Portal.
Children Under the Age of 13
The BoarBuster® Portal is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and Wildlife Dominion does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information (as defined by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) to or on the BoarBuster® Portal. If you are under 13 years of age, do not use or provide any information on the BoarBuster® Portal or on or through any of its features, register on the BoarBuster® Portal, make any purchases, solicitations, or reservations through the BoarBuster® Portal, offer services through the BoarBuster® Portal, use any interactive or public comment features of the BoarBuster® Portal, or provide any information about yourself to Wildlife Dominion, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If Wildlife Dominion learns it has collected or received personal information from a child under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, Wildlife Dominion will take reasonable steps to delete the information as soon as practicable. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under the age of 13, please contact Wildlife Dominion using the contact information provided on the BoarBuster® Portal.
Changes to Privacy Policy
It is Wildlife Dominion’s policy to post any changes made to this Privacy Policy on this page with a notice that the Privacy Policy has been updated on the BoarBuster® Portal home page. If any material changes are made to how Wildlife Dominion treats users’ personal information, you will be notified as required by applicable law. The date the Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable e-mail address for you, and for periodically visiting the BoarBuster® Portal and this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.
